Camille Trudel Vigeant is an emerging contemporary dance artist from Montreal. She did her dance training at l’École de danse contemporaine de Montréal. Camille received scholarships during her studies, and upon graduating in 2017, Camille was awarded the bursary Claude-Lefebvre from La fondation du soutien aux arts de la ville de Laval. In 2018, she worked with choreographer Manon Oligny for her work Fin de series, which was presented at many cultural centres in Montreal. This choreographic work gave her the chance to express her femininity and sensitivity through physical movement. In 2019, she travelled with Le cirque du soleil and Manon Fait de la danse at Monaco to creat Bocca, a special show presented at Monte-Carlo Opera. Since 2019, Camille has worked with Sylvain Émard on Rhapsodie and Les préludes who will be presented during the 2021-2022 season at Dance Dance. Also in2019, she started working with Vincent Nicolas-Provencher on his piece and short film Être(s) de glace presented at Le Festi-glace de Joliette in 2020 February.
